Actively involved in account management and also takes the creative lead on some projects, as he still has a passion for good design ascetics. Over the last few years he has taken a keen interest in online marketing and analytics strategies.

Director
Head of Marketing - focusing on the more traditional side including print, exhibitions and data sourcing.

Again he is involved in account management and takes a more strategic approach with a client's marketing needs. Essentially, Jeremy helps our clients to pitch their business in today's ever changing market.

Production & Online Marketing
Graduated from Wolverhampton University with a BA(Hons) in 2008.

Her main focuses are on production and the keeping at the forefront of the current online marketing SEO and new media techniques.

UX Designer
Master of the keyboard short cut and creator of websites his passion for interface structure and design is only matched by his passion for gentleman like pursuits.

Fletch as he's known loves nothing more than loading up Photoshop and locking himself away until the job is well and truly done.

Senior Developer
Richard is our senior programmer, the brains behind all of the websites, software and Apple applications that we develop.

He has over 16 years development experience with a wide variety of languages and platforms. There's nothing Richard has come across yet that he can't figure out!

Accounts
Sage and Reconciling the Design BP's books are Karen's passion - however I'm sure she'd argue the passion bit.

Her duties also include chasing debts and bringing in the chocolate biscuits!

Passionate about his work and happiest when taking pictures.

Benjamin shoots images with creativity and imagination. He has a background of design and a wealth of experience in a range of photography such as product shots, wedding photography and work with modelling agencies.

Customer Support
Hayley is the latest addition to our team, fresh out of Halesowen college.

She deals with the admin tasks, collates research and much more around the office. She is always there to help out and reduce everyone’s work load. She has a great telephone manner and is very welcoming to anyone who arrives in the office.
